Customer Service Representative – Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies, • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude, • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests in a timely manner, • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in internal systems, • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution, • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience, • Stay up to date with company products, services, and procedures
