This role, sometimes referred to as an Assembly Technician, is central to bringing our cake designs to life through intricate decorating techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Filling, stacking, and crumb-coating various types of cakes., • Expertly finishing layered cakes with both buttercream and fondant., • Crafting detailed sugar art, including buttercream flowers, decorative borders, and custom writing. Qualifications: • Skills: Physical Requirements: • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs., • Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours a day within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
