Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and communicate with the team if items are low or out of stock. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Customer Service Support: Respond to any shipping or order-related inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. Ensure all orders are shipped out on time, meeting customer expectations. Order Tracking: Monitor the shipment status of orders and provide tracking information to customers as needed. Follow up on any shipping delays or issues with the shipping carrier. Qualifications: Previous experience in order processing, shipping, or related fields, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong experience with WordPress (WooCommerce) for managing and processing orders. Ability to print and manage shipping labels through WordPress backend. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once. Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
