Hi, we are a ghost kitchen located in Long Island City/Sunnyside serving Hong Kong inspired dishes, particularly dim sum and fried rice. All foods are packed for to-go as we only offer takeout and delivery services. We partner with UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and HungryPanda, as well as a few catering companies. We also participate in a few pop up events throughout the year. We have a 200ft² space that is part of a larger kitchen hub that includes about 30 other units over 2 floors. The building provides runners and a locker system for bagged orders. Main Duties for Line Cook: - Work mostly dinner and late night service solo or with limited assistance. - Work with a tablet to manage orders. Occasionally interact with delivery app representatives regarding order issues. - Prepare and package orders for pickup.
