Key Responsibilities • Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and barbacks to ensure high-quality service., • Inventory & Purchasing: Maintain stock levels, order liquor/supplies, and manage vendor relationships to minimize costs., • Menu Engineering: Create and update cocktail, wine, and beer menus to drive sales and trends., • Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations (RBS), maintain cleanliness standards, and manage cash handling., • Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track sales, and optimize costs to increase profitability. Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience as a bartender on a very busy bar or in a managerial role within the hospitality industry., • Leadership: Strong communication, team-building, and conflict-resolution abilities., • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and POS systems., • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
