There is tremendous variety in HELP’s portfolio of programs, including idiosyncratic buildings with significant maintenance requirements. We’re currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Facility Operations who will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, capital projects for all properties in the portfolio, and safety and security. You’ll be responsible for direct oversight of a team of 2-4 key staff including, but not limited to, - Director of Field Coordination who indirectly oversees the site Maintenance Directors, ensuring consistent standards of building maintenance operations, managing preventive maintenance, and overseeing improvement and infrastructure projects. - AVP of Safety and Security who also indirectly oversees the site Safety Directors, ensuring consistent standards of safety operations, preventive aspects of security, and fidelity to City, State, and/or Federal safety standards.
