    Joe and Sal's is seeking a Pizza Maker to join our Pizzeria staff asap! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our full range of menu items in our Gourmet Pizza Shop in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating delicious Gourmet Pizzas, satisfying clients, have a polite demeanor and be committed to providing an excellent gourmet pizza experience to all. Responsibilities: As Joe & Sal's Pizza Maker, you will be primarily responsible for : • Daily making pizzas, • Preparing all orders, • Serving clients at the counter, • Follow prescribed recipes, • Operate standard kitchen & pizzeria equipment safely and efficiently, • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, • Replenish foods, accessories and supplies, • Clean and maintain dining room, pizza station, oven, counter space Who you are / What you have to offer: • US Citizen or Authorized Worker, • Experienced Pizza Maker, • Licensed Food Handler (Preferred), • Know-how to operate kitchen and pizzeria equipment, • Strong attention to details, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to work well in a team, • Self-motivated, Self-starter, can-do attitude., • Know how to operate a Point of Sales System (CLOVER), • Know how to work with 3rd Party Delivery Apps / Tablets NO H1-B sponsorship, Authorized workers only Pay Commensurate with experience Schedule: • 3 to 4 days per week / Max 35 hours.

Stocking Supplies: Replenishing front counter supplies like napkins, cups, straws, condiments, or baked goods as needed. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Depending on the establishment, some front counter servers may also be asked to help with food preparation or assist with other tasks when needed.
