Full job description Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist Our Wellness Center located in Mitdown Manhattan is looking for Front Desk Receptionist to perform following tasks: Courteously greet patients entering wellness center; Schedule patient visits; Answers telephone to schedule future appointments, provide information, or forward call; Take paymens for services provided; Enter patients' personal data into the scheduling program; Communicating with patients via email and text when necessary; Perform basic printing and photocopying of office forms; Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees and patients; Respond to patient and staff inquires and complaints. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel; Familiarity with social platfoorms such as Facebook and Instagram; Manage office supplies; Keeping personal workspace clean; Preferable previous office experience.
