    This role is hands-on and execution-heavy. You will: • Vendor & Lab Setup, • Research and contact labs, TPAs, and service providers (Quest, Labcorp, DNA labs, etc.)., • Assist with setting up lab accounts, vendor profiles, and portal access., • Track requirements, forms, contracts, and follow-ups for each vendor., • Operational Setup & Coordination, • Help build and maintain spreadsheets/trackers for:, • Lab accounts and contacts, • Pricing, panels, and test menus, • Locations, hours, and service availability, • Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with partners, labs, and service providers., • Assist with collecting required documentation (licenses, insurance, compliance forms)., • Administrative Support, • Manage email inboxes, calendars, and basic correspondence on behalf of leadership., • Prepare and organize digital files, templates, and internal documents., • Draft simple letters, emails, and checklists related to operations and lab setup., • Customer & Partner Communication, • Answer and route basic inquiries from potential partners, vendors, and clients., • Take detailed notes on calls and summarize next steps., • Are highly organized and love checklists, spreadsheets, and keeping things on track., • Are comfortable on the phone and email, reaching out to vendors and following up., • Can take a rough idea from the owner (“we need lab accounts set up”) and turn it into tasks and follow-through., • Are detail-oriented and careful when handling forms, contracts, and account setups., • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, medical office assistant, or operations assistant preferred., • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)., • Proficiency with:, • Email and calendar tools, • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs), • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups at once., • Comfortable learning new online systems and portals., • Experience in healthcare, labs, medical offices, or occupational health., • Experience dealing with vendors, B2B accounts, or credentialing., • Opportunity to help build Lab Centers of America from the ground up., • Direct access to leadership and a meaningful voice in how systems and processes are set up., • Growth potential into operations management, vendor management, or office management as we expand.
