Job Description Café Neos is seeking an exceptional, hospitality-driven Barista to join our team. As the daytime counterpart to our restaurant Neos Americana, Café Neos is a scratch café rooted in Mediterranean warmth and modern craftsmanship. We build everything in-house: house-made syrups, signature lattes, and a full beverage program that extends well beyond coffee to include a curated selection of wine and craft cocktails, designed with the same precision and intention as a fine-dining bar. Our baristas are the heartbeat of the café, responsible for executing consistently excellent coffee, espresso, and beverages while delivering warm, elevated service in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. We are looking for a polished, disciplined professional who thrives on structure, cleanliness, and recipe accuracy, someone who understands that consistency is a form of hospitality, and that a great cup of coffee is as much craft as it is care. Above all, Café Neos is a close-knit team. There are no rigid silos here; everyone works together to keep the floor spotless, manage the register, and take orders over the POS. We share the work and we share the wins. A clean, polished floor is every bit as important as a well-pulled shot: it is the first thing a guest notices and a direct reflection of the pride we take in our space. If you find satisfaction in jumping in wherever you’re needed and lifting up the people beside you, you’ll feel right at home. Compensation This is a barista role built to attract and retain serious talent. We offer a high hourly base rate set by experience and demonstrated skill, plus a fully pooled tip program shared equitably across the café team. • Competitive hourly base wage commensurate with experience and proven ability, • Pooled tips—gratuities are shared fairly among the café team, rewarding collaboration over competition, • Earnings that reflect a true hospitality professional, not an entry-level shift, • Advancement opportunities within The Brover Group as we grow, including pathways into lead barista, café leadership, and cross-training at Neos Americana What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is fast, focused, and deeply organized.
