Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing legal counsel and coverage advice to our clients primarily in the property sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and diverse environment, where your expertise in property law will be highly valued and utilized. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal representation for clients in matters related to property law., 2. Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues related to property law., 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts., 4. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations., 5. Develop and implement strategies to manage and reduce legal risk., 6. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations., 7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to property law., 8. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services., 9. Conduct training sessions for clients and staff on relevant legal issues., 10. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on property law., 3. Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction., 4. In-depth knowledge of property law and related legal principles., 5. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts., 6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills., 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner., 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team., 9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively., 10.
