Job Description A boutique firm specializing in personal injury law is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Eugene, Oregon. The firm handles medical malpractice, product liability, abuse/neglect, and other complex liability cases, providing compassionate and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities Include: • Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation., • Request, review, and summarize medical records., • Draft settlement demands; open PIP claims; negotiate liens and subrogation; conduct balance verifications., • Prepare pleadings and motions; manage discovery documents (requests and responses); review discovery; track case deadlines. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Benefits include paid parking; 100% employer-paid premiums for medical and vision coverage; 401(k) with 3% safe harbor contribution; 4 weeks of paid time off; paid holidays.
