Position Summary Under the direction of the Health Center Manager, the Assistant Health Center Manager is responsible for providing direct affirming and culturally responsive, supervision for Health Care Assistants and supporting the implementation of clinic operations initiatives to ensure that daily health center operations are executed in accordance with organizational expectations, values, and medical guidelines and protocols.
