Job Description Job Summary: The receptionist position will be to answer phones calls, screen calls, greet visitors, customers, and contractors, interact with the management team, assist department managers, manage the maintenance of general office equipment, internet, and organizational detail of general office practices. Job Duties: · Answer and screen incoming calls and transfer calls accordingly. · Greet customers, vendors, contractors in a professional manner. · Assist in opening and closing door for customers as they walk in or out of office. · Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment maintenance. · Provide administrative support via phone or email and assist department managers as needed. · Perform other clerical receptionist essential functions such as photocopying and faxing.
