Job Description Our Client is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a temporary to permanent assignment at its Atlanta, GA location. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in human resources, administrative, and receptionist duties. Position required excellent verbal, written, advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), client/customer interfacing, professional demeanor, neat appearance, and exceptional interpersonal and savvy technical skills. Banking and/or Corporate HR experience within a fast paced, high performance, and changing environment is required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now HR System is preferred. This role will perform HR duties, handle sensitive and confidential files/reports in a professional manner, provide administrative support, plan/schedule/coordinate meetings/appointments/interviews/activities/career fairs/activities, manage and prepare daily and monthly calendars to ensure coverage is accurately maintained, prepare/create/maintain HR project plan reports and checklist, manage/monitor/track projects/assignments and report status. Additionally, this role will handle receptionist duties, immediately welcome/greet/direct all visitors and deliveries in a professional manner, and respond timely to all requests/inquiries/and questions, and take ownership with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
