Job DescriptionAbout the role The Regional Operations Manager provides strategic and day-to-day operational support to a professional lobbying team, ensuring client goals are met while maximizing operational efficiency and compliance. This role partners with TSG Support Services to deliver enterprise-wide support, lead initiatives, and streamline processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently, with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. This position requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to support a growing, dynamic team. Team and Client Operations • Manage lobbyist calendars and schedule meetings with clients, elected officials, and partners., • Coordinate complex travel and logistics for meetings, legislative activities, and client events., • Maintain client contact lists and organized client files., • Assist lobbyists with preparation of monthly client activity reports., • Monitor relevant local and statewide events and provide research and operational support to consultants., • Coordinate with the Office Receptionist on event needs, meeting setup, and visitor flow to support lobbyist activities., • Lead or assist with special projects, including legislative session support and firm initiatives.Contracts, Compliance & Proposals, • Support contract-related processes with the Contracts Team, including conflict checks, amendments, client onboarding, and terminations., • Track contract deliverables and assist with required reporting., • Assist in preparing proposals, procurement responses, and presentations in collaboration with Marketing & Communications.Financial Coordination, • Serve as liaison between Finance and lobbyists regarding billing, reimbursements, and expense processing., • Review, process, and reconcile credit card allocations and reimbursement reports, • Submit check requests and maintain supporting documentation consistent with firm policies., • Track invoices and support timely payment processing.Skills, • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and keep work moving., • Clear and direct communication, both written and verbal., • Steady, self‑directed work style with a practical approach to problem‑solving., • Strong project management and research skills., • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.Qualifications, • 5+ years of progressive operational or business support experience, preferably in government affairs, consulting, or professional services., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Expensify, Salesforce, Canva, or similar platforms preferred., • Health Insurance Company-paid individual health insurance: CHP in the Tallahassee area or Florida Blue outside the region., • Optional coverage for Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Plan to help you plan for the future., • Paid Time Off (PTO): 176 Hours annually (22 days), • Paid Holidays: Observance of standard federal holidaysWe believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally, and our benefits are designed to promote a healthy, balanced, and secure lifestyle. Work Week This position is a full-time, in-person position. Employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours during normal business hours; however, a specific schedule will be determined by your supervisor. Normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
