Compensation: $48,500 - $60,000 (DOE; Plus Bonuses Based on Performance) Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the pre-suit process. Records Requests: Obtain, track, and organize medical records, bills, and lien information from healthcare providers and facilities. Public Records Requests: Draft and send requests for incident reports, 911 calls, body cam footage, and other government/public records relevant to case development. Demand Preparation: Assist attorneys with drafting demand letters, including compiling medical summaries, damages documentation, and supporting exhibits. Insurance Communication: Correspond with insurance adjusters regarding claims, policy limits, demands, and supporting documentation. Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm’s case management system, ensuring deadlines are tracked and met. Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, case managers, and litigation staff to ensure a seamless transition if a case proceeds to litigation.
