This position offers the opportunity to litigate sophisticated patent, trademark, and other intellectual property disputes in federal courts across the United States, with additional exposure possible before the PTAB and/or the ITC. Key Responsibilities In this IP - Litigation General Attorney role, you will: • Conduct written discovery, including drafting and responding to document requests, interrogatories, and RFAs, • Prepare detailed infringement and invalidity claim charts and related contentions, • Draft briefs and other litigation documents, including dispositive motions, Daubert briefing, and pretrial filings, • Take and defend fact and expert depositions, including deposition preparation and exhibit strategy, • Collaborate with technical and damages experts to develop record support and trial themes, • Assist with trial preparation, including witness outlines, exhibit lists, motions in limine, and demonstratives, • Support appellate work, including record development and briefing strategy, • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional work product quality, • Work directly with partners and senior litigators in high-stakes matters across jurisdictions This IP - Litigation General Attorney position is designed for an associate who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to sharpen courtroom skills while building a long-term path in a partner-track position.
