Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, or client-facing administrative roles., • Proven success in high-ticket luxury sales, lead generation, and conversion., • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and hospitality-driven service skills., • Positive, confident, and self-motivated with a patient-first mindset., • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities gracefully., • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment., • Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive information in compliance with privacy standards., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR or CRM systems., • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
