Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations in a high speed, high volume FOOD manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, delivering consistent product quality, and supporting efficient production flow. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and hands-on leader who can train, coach, and motivate employees while enforcing company policies and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Production Oversight • Oversee assigned processing activities to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, federal and state regulations, and customer expectations., • Maintain operational alignment with current GMP and HACCP requirements.Team Leadership and Development, • Train, guide, and coach employees to ensure safe and consistent adherence to standard operating procedures., • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to support employee development.Workforce and Documentation Management, • Maintain accurate manpower, time, and attendance records each day., • Coordinate staffing and workflow to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, and throughput.Quality and Continuous Improvement, • Monitor raw material flow to support optimal production output., • Investigate production issues to identify root causes and reduce waste., • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and project management methods as needed.Safety and Compliance, • Enforce plant policies, work rules, and safety procedures., • Partner with Human Resources to ensure consistent policy application., • High school diploma or GED required., • Associate or Bachelor degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business Management, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.Experience Annual Base Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 Bonus Potential Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans Life, Short Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Plans 401k Plan with Company Matching PTO / Paid Vacation Privately Owned Company Growth Opportunities • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
