What You’ll Do As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy for a defined segment of the Aptarro SaaS portfolio. Operating as a strategic leader within an empowered product team, you will partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to identify meaningful customer problems, discover innovative solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, execution excellence, and healthcare domain knowledge. Your influence will span across functions - engineering, sales, and operations - ensuring alignment around a shared product vision and focus on delivering valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions. In this role, you will: Product Strategy & Roadmapping • Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and customer needs., • Use market research, customer insights, and business objectives to prioritize and sequence initiatives that drive real outcomes., • Lead product discovery efforts to deeply understand user problems, test solution ideas, and validate assumptions before development., • Collaborate closely with engineering and design as part of a product trio to co-create solutions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability., • Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases that support key business metrics., • Ensure cross-functional alignment across commercial and operational teams through effective communication and planning., • Act as the voice of the customer and product strategy in executive and cross-functional forums., • Mentor product analysts and other team members, promoting best practices in discovery, delivery, and outcome measurement., • Ensure all products meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards, including information security and healthcare-specific regulations., • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning enterprise SaaS products—ideally in the healthcare revenue cycle or B2B health tech space., • Alternatively, 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations or services with direct exposure to product or technology delivery., • 2+ years of leadership experience, formally managing people or informally mentoring within cross-functional teams., • Deep understanding of modern product practices, including product discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and lean/agile methodologies., • Strong business acumen and experience working with executive stakeholders., • Analytical mindset with experience creating business cases, performing cost-benefit analysis, and defining success metrics., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively., • Empowered product teams building solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value., • Clear product strategy aligned with market opportunity and company goals., • Strong partnerships across engineering, design, sales, and support., • Delivery of impactful, compliant, scalable solutions that help drive growth and innovation for Aptarro.
