We are currently recruiting for an Intake Specialist. This position can be remote or may work out of any PLG office location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Reviewing and validating client documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate. Coordinating with internal departments to establish smooth workflows during the intake process. Entering data into case management systems with a high level of precision. Addressing client inquiries related to the intake process promptly and professionally. Monitoring intake queues in several client system and internal systems and ensuring timely processing of all cases in accordance with service level agreements. Maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of data and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Timely address client inquiries and resolve issues related to the intake process. Produce clear and professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adjust to new technologies, processes, and workload changes as needed. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately. Proficiency in legal and case management software, along with the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation. A solid understanding of intake processes within the default services or legal industry. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward process improvement. Visual Acuity: Ability to read and review printed and digital documents, including small text, on screens or paper. Hearing and Speech: Effective verbal communication and listening skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Mobility: Occasional movement within an office to retrieve files or attend meetings.
