Financial Operations: 80% o Oversee the receivables and collection process, ensuring that revenue is recorded accurately and in alignment with nonprofit accounting and grant compliance requirements. o Post payments (checks, ACH, credit card, donor contributions) and reconcile daily deposits. o Monitor outstanding balances, including grant reimbursements and pledge payments, and follow up as needed. o Prepare AR aging reports and assist with collection efforts as appropriate. o Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from donors, grantors, and community partners while maintaining accurate records and supporting financial transparency. o Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors, contractors, and partner organizations. o Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper expense coding in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards. o Assist with tracking purchase orders, grant-related expenditures, and program-specific spending to maintain compliance with funder requirements. o Ensure adherence to organizational purchasing, grant, and expense policies. 2. Grant Reporting & Audit Preparation: 10% • Track and report on restricted grants and other funding sources., • Assist with the preparation of financial documents for the annual audit, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and well-documented. 3.
