Job DescriptionSalary: $14-$18 Per Hour Now hiring for Fun, Outgoing, babysitters who have a passion for teaching and helping children grow! Babysitters will provide back-up care for children when their usual arrangement is not available (e.g. cannot attend school, regular nanny is sick, etc.) Responsibilities: • Be Available! (Monday-Friday, between 7am-7pm) or at least 3 days a week between 7am-7pm, • Provide top-notch childcare in families' homes, • Communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally with parents and management, • Care for children; Engage in play time and fun home learning activities, • Some light tidying up and/or light meal prep for kiddos, • Able to follow detailed instructions, and use mobile app to maintain schedule and enter timesheets promptly, • Be sure to complete daily sheet for each siting assignment Why Work for Emergency Childcare Services? • We invest in our employees by providing them with learning opportunities, • Flexibility, • Immediate start date Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 years of childcare experience working as a babysitter, nanny, teacher, youth leader, classroom aid, or similar, • Willingness and ability to accept last minute job assignments- for same day and next day assignments a PLUS, • High School diploma or equivalent at minimum (NO college required), • 18 years old or older, • Reliable, punctual, patient, kind, and a great communicator, • Able to follow instructions and communicate professionally with office staff and families, • Experience with autism, ADHD, or other special needs is a PLUS, • Access to reliable car and willing to commute to assignments, • Eligible to work in the US, • Able and willing to undergo comprehensive background check
