Final compensation is determined by the hiring family. Many of the families we support first connect during pregnancy or early postpartum and transition into long-term nanny partnerships as their needs evolve. We prioritize thoughtful introductions, discretion, and stable placements in high-trust household environments. Nannies placed through Matron of Familyhood are employed directly by the hiring family as W-2 household employees. Matron of Familyhood is not the employer of record.
