Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper, located in Tallahassee, FL. The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will handle daily administrative tasks, respond to phone inquiries, and manage clerical activities. They will assist with maintaining office organization and assist in bookkeeping tasks. The role also involves support for bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day transactions. Finally, this role will also help in accounts receivable and accounts payable-related tasks with vendors. Qualifications • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and interactions with customers and team members, • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records, • Proficiency in the use of MS Word/Google Docs and MS Excel/Google Sheets, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles is preferred, • Previous experience in retail, music, or customer service industries is a plus, but knowledge of music is not required., • Minimum Associate's Degree in accounting, business, or other related field.
