Job Description SUMMARY: Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned 1. Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications. Not permitted to change or alter manufacturing plan, inspection method or criteria, verification to compliance only., 2. Directs Operators & Associates on setup and adjustments of machines., 3. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments., 4. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations., 5. Interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers and assigns duties., 6. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product., 7. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew., 8. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems., 9. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals., 10. Maintains time, down time and production records., 11. Estimates, requisitions and inspects materials., 12. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

The Associate Manager - Production will provide technical and quality support to ensure all manufactured products are built in compliance with required codes, specifications, and most importantly, customer expectations. Duties and Responsibilities: • Motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff., • Ensure all safety standards are met to keep the organization accident-free., • Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production., • Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime., • Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of operations., • Develop policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality., • Ensure proper training for all Leads and associates., • Ensure all SOPs and GMP are strictly adhered to., • Work closely with Quality to ensure all units produced meet or exceed customer expectations., • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of experience in production or other related fields within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience., • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives., • Ability to effectively communicate, coach and motivate employees., • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills., • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities., • Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment., • Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage several projects simultaneously., • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
