The ERP Engineer is responsible for the configuration, enhancement, support, and optimization of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape, with a primary focus on SAP and its integration with MES and WMS platforms. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable and reliable ERP solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and logistics functions. The ERP Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement of ERP-driven business processes within a factory environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Configure, support, and enhance SAP ERP modules supporting manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, andlogisticsoperations., • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions., • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams to align ERP functionality with business processes., • Support integrations between SAP, MES, WMS, and external systems to ensureaccurateandtimelydata flow., • Provide day-to-day ERP support, including issue resolution, userassistance, and system monitoring., • Lead orparticipatein ERP upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts, including testing and validation., • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure ERP data accuracy and reliability., • Develop and execute functional test plans (unit, integration, and UAT)., • Create andmaintainfunctional documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials., • Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and recommend system or process enhancements., • Support compliance, audit, and security requirements related to ERP systems., • Communicate system changes, issues, and improvements clearly in Mandarin and English., • Coordinate with internal IT teams, SAP partners, and vendors to resolve complex issues., • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Engineering, ora relatedfield., • Minimum 5–7 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in a manufacturing or supply chain environment., • Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, WM, or integration with MES/WMS)., • Experience supporting ERP integrations with manufacturing execution and warehouse systems., • Solid understanding of manufacturing,logistics, and end-to-end supply chain processes., • Experience with ERP configuration, change management, and release management., • Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective system solutions., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams., • Experience in smart factory or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred., • SAP certification(s) are a plus.
