Job Description Receiving Coordinator Summary:Conducts daily activities related to receiving materials into the warehouse, and ensuring safe and accurate storage for inventory retrieval. Location: Mesquite, TX (75149)Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7 AM-3:30 PMPay rate: $14-$16 Duties/Responsibilities: • Receives all incoming deliveries into the warehouse and monitors the unloading process, • Directs material handlers in inventory placement, • Confirms that packing lists or other related documents match the receipts of goods and materials; verifies counts, records discrepancies and details any damaged incoming freight with corresponding report and pictures, • Submits completed paperwork to the Receiving Clerk for entry into the ERP system, • Evaluates complaints related to shipments and takes appropriate action, • Completes management reports, as needed, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to read and interpret documents, • Ability to perform duties in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment, • Comfortable working in a team environment, • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, • Able to handle working on and completing projects within tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism, • 1-2 years experience in a similar role, • High School diploma or GED required, • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Sage Contact Information Ready to Make an Impact? This individual contributor role will be based in our Mesquite, TX location and will involve detailed review of financial documentation, customer service, answering customer questions, data entry, payment processing, and other related work.
