An automotive dealership in Charleston SC is seeking a detailâ€'driven Title / Inventory Clerk to support our sales and accounting teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate vehicle records, timely title processing, and clean inventory management. Why Join Us? • Supportive, teamâ€'oriented dealership culture, • Opportunities for growth within the accounting and administrative departments, • Stable, reputable dealership with longâ€'standing community presence We offer: • $23 - $25 per hour based on experience, • Healthcare and Dental insurance options, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Paid vacation Key Responsibilities – Title / Inventory Clerk: • Process all new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation, • Verify accuracy of all title paperwork, including lien releases, MSOs, and odometer statements, • Submit and track title work with state agencies; resolve any discrepancies, • Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date inventory records in dealership management systems (DMS), • Post and update incoming vehicle inventory, including pricing, options, and status changes, • Reconcile inventory reports with accounting and sales departments, • Prepare title packets for customers and lenders, • Communicate with banks, tag offices, and internal departments to ensure timely completion, • Assist with monthâ€'end reporting and audits, • Support general office tasks as needed Qualifications: • Previous dealership title or inventory experience required, • Strong understanding of state title regulations and documentation, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Proficiency with CDK is a plus, • Excellent communication and followâ€'up skills, • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastâ€'paced environment, • Strong organizational and dataâ€'entry skills, • Valid driver’s license, • Please upload your resume.
