This position supports the team through attentive table maintenance, food running, and guest interaction, while also executing all cocktails for the dining room with precision and efficiency. This role is primarily a service support position, with bartending responsibilities focused on preparing beverages for the service bar. The team member may also provide bar service for a limited number of guests seated at the bar. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Service Support Responsibilities • Assist servers in delivering a smooth and memorable dining experience, • Set and reset tables with proper utensils, glassware, and linens, • Greet guests upon arrival to the table and offer bottled or tap water, • Run food and beverages promptly and accurately, • Maintain table cleanliness through clearing, crumbing, and resetting, • Assist with opening wine service tableside as needed, • Refill water and beverages throughout service, • Box leftovers and assist with guest requests, • Run payments and assist with check presentation when needed, • Communicate table status with hosts and management, • Prepare all cocktails for the dining room with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, • Follow standardized recipes and proper portioning for all beverages, • Ensure tickets are executed efficiently to support service flow, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times, • Prep garnishes, juices, syrups, and batched ingredients as needed, • Maintain appropriate stock levels of spirits, glassware, and bar tools, • Greet and serve guests seated at the bar with professionalism and warmth, • Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations Job Requirements: Education/Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in and knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards is preferred., • Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence., • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently., • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively., • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to follow directions, and procedures, and communicate with the team and guests., • Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal supervision. Equipment to Be Used: • POS System, • Coffee and soda machine, • Maintain regular and punctual on-site attendance with the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays when business requires., • Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear for long periods of time. Requires normal range of hearing and vision., • Frequently required to use hands and arms to reach and handle. Frequently required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch., • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate computer systems., • Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds., • Revival is an indoor sixty-two-seat dinner-only restaurant and small venue event space. Will occasionally work in other areas of the property including other restaurant/banquet outlets, storage areas, kitchens, and guest areas.
