LeveL Markets, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact technology initiatives across our infrastructure and product ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer in our Charleston, SC office, this individual will play a critical role in driving complex, cross-functional projects that support our growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The Senior Technical Project Manager will spearhead the full project lifecycle from strategic planning through delivery. This role requires strong technical fluency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end delivery and execution of major technology initiatives spanning platform development, systems integration, and operational tooling, • Partner directly with technology, product, and operations to define project priorities, scope, milestones, resource needs, and delivery timelines, • Establish and maintain project management standards, tooling, and reporting across the organization, • Facilitate productive project discussions and drive outcomes through clear agendas, structured communication, and executive-level reporting, • Drive requirements gathering, gap analysis, future-state design, testing coordination, and implementation readiness, • Ensure cross-functional accountability by aligning teams on ownership, deliverables, and timelines, • Act as the primary point for delivery status, issue escalation, and resolution, • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration practices Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects across development, data, systems, and process transformation, • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact, • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, and modern engineering practices, • Experience translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and scalable solutions, • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and execution rigor, • Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, • Strong change management mindset and ability to drive adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows, • Financial services, trading, capital markets, or fintech experience strongly preferred, • Experience working with distributed teams, • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field or equivalent practical experience, • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or trading/market infrastructure is a plus, • PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, Lean Six Sigma certifications is a plus LeveL Markets offers a competitive benefits package, including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, a generous 401(k) program, flexible hybrid work arrangements, unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
