Provide various database reports as requested and download on a daily basis data that has been entered., • Prepare material such as labels, listings, forms and simple correspondence (competitive level typing skills are not required). Maintain an adequate supply of blank forms and medical supplies by conducting periodic inventory of the medical supplies; submit requests for re-supply as needed, receives new supplies, and re-stock supplies received.
