Key Responsibilities • Support attorneys and paralegals with day‑to‑day administrative and legal tasks within the Real Estate practice group., • Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports., • Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate organization and timely retrieval of documents., • Assist with real estate‑related documentation, including leases, amendments, agreements, and other property‑related filings., • Handle document scanning, indexing, and uploading into legal matter management systems (e.g., Passport)., • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics for internal and external stakeholders., • Process invoices, route matter‑related expenses, and support billing or reporting processes as needed., • Maintain strict confidentiality concerning legal matters, company records, and attorney‑client information., • Support additional administrative projects or assignments across the LCA department as needed.Required Qualifications, • 3+ years of experience working in a legal environment (law firm or in‑house preferred)., • Strong understanding of general legal practices, terminology, and administrative processes., • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism., • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems (e.g., Passport or similar legal software)., • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.Preferred Qualifications, • Experience supporting real estate, corporate, or transactional legal teams., • Familiarity with high‑volume document management workflows.
