About the Role Moore Water & Air is looking for a sales-driven, strategy-focused Call Center Manager to lead a team of 35–50 outbound agents. We need a proven leader who can drive results, execute smart strategies, and motivate a competitive sales team to consistently hit and exceed goals. Schedule: • Lead and manage a team of 35–50 outbound call center agents, • Build and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results, • Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to maximize performance, • Oversee dialer operations and call center technology, • Coach, train, and motivate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, • Create a culture of accountability, growth, and winning, • 5+ years of outbound call center management experience, • Proven success driving sales performance in a large team environment, • Strong ability to analyze data and build effective strategies, • Dialer/technology management experience, • Competitive salary: $80K–$120K (based on experience & performance), • PTO (Paid Time Off), • 401(k) retirement plan, • Health, Dental & Life Insurance, • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Moore Water & Air provides comprehensive water treatment services to ensure your home or business enjoys high-quality, safe, and reliable water.
