Job Description JOB SUMMARY: We’re looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with screen printing experience to join our team. As a nearly 40-year staple in the t-shirt and apparel printing community, we take pride in quality, creativity, and deep-rooted connections to the El Paso area. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has experience designing for apparel printing, and is fluent in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop. Experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and knowledge of sportswear design are big pluses. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Design and prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork for screen printing and apparel decoration, • Collaborate with clients, schools, teams, and internal staff to bring ideas to life, • Ensure designs are production-ready and meet screen printing specs (including color separations, halftones, etc.), • Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines, • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members throughout the design process, • Stay up-to-date with design trends, apparel styles, and print technologies, • Other duties as assigned. JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on screen printing, • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, • Clear communication skills (written and verbal), • Strong understanding of the screen printing process, layout, and print production, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a bonus, • Knowledge of sportswear design is a plus, • Familiarity with El Paso schools, teams, and traditions is a strong advantage Preferred Qualifications: • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially for apparel/screen printing, • Understanding of prepress workflows and garment printing techniques, • Creative, team-oriented, and highly organized Why Join Us: As a well-established name in the custom t-shirt and sportswear industry, we’ve built a reputation on quality, consistency, and community connection.
