Job Description JOB SUMMARY: We’re looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with screen printing experience to join our team. As a nearly 40-year staple in the t-shirt and apparel printing community, we take pride in quality, creativity, and deep-rooted connections to the El Paso area. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, has experience designing for apparel printing, and is fluent in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop. Experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and knowledge of sportswear design are big pluses. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Design and prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork for screen printing and apparel decoration, • Collaborate with clients, schools, teams, and internal staff to bring ideas to life, • Ensure designs are production-ready and meet screen printing specs (including color separations, halftones, etc.), • Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines, • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members throughout the design process, • Stay up-to-date with design trends, apparel styles, and print technologies, • Other duties as assigned. JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong focus on screen printing, • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop, • Clear communication skills (written and verbal), • Strong understanding of the screen printing process, layout, and print production, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a bonus, • Knowledge of sportswear design is a plus, • Familiarity with El Paso schools, teams, and traditions is a strong advantage Preferred Qualifications: • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially for apparel/screen printing, • Understanding of prepress workflows and garment printing techniques, • Creative, team-oriented, and highly organized Why Join Us: As a well-established name in the custom t-shirt and sportswear industry, we’ve built a reputation on quality, consistency, and community connection. Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Animator and Motion Designer to join our creative video production team. We are looking for a heavy-hitting 3D generalist to lead our high-end corporate and client projects. While 2D skills are required, this role is designed for a master of the 3D pipeline who can deliver cinematic, photoreal, or highly stylized 3D animation from concept to final render, including character rigging and animation. In this role, you will produce visually compelling animations that help communicate technical concepts related to water, sustainability, and environmental engineering. You’ll collaborate closely with video producers, editors, engineers, and communicators to tell meaningful stories through high‑quality motion design and advanced 3D animation. Key Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end 3D pipelines, including organic modeling, complex character rigging, and expressive animation to drive narrative content., • Translate complex engineering or scientific processes into clear, engaging visual narratives through 2D and 3D motion design., • Contribute to pre-production by storyboarding and offering visual solutions in collaboration with producers and subject matter experts., • Deliver high-quality animations that integrate seamlessly into live-action or fully animated videos under tight deadlines., • Minimum of 8 years of professional animation experience in a collaborative production environment., • Proven track record of delivering various visual styles, from "matte-clay" and stylized characters to photorealistic technical visualizations., • Demonstrated ability to bring characters to life through advanced rigging and performance-based animation., • Expert proficiency in Blender (especially for character/NPR workflows) and Adobe Creative Suite, with a mastery of stylized look development (e.g., matte clay finishes)., • Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, keyframing, typography) with the ability to adapt styles from infographic motion graphics to realistic 3D.
