Join our team and help us make “A Better Pop, for a Better World!” Job Summary We are seeking a curious, imaginative, and forward-thinking Digital Artist to join our energetic and passionate marketing and creative team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Manager, Art & Design and the Marketing team to develop engaging, on-brand content that supports our marketing, product, sales teams and beyond. This role will design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including owned and paid digital content, traditional ads, sales tools/collateral, physical items like SWAG and experiential elements, content for omni-channel marketing campaigns, and will support on packaging. Your versatility, creativity and collaborative skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and driving effective communication across various platforms and channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Multi-Purpose Design Ninja: * Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, owned and paid digital marketing content, traditional advertising, sales tools/collateral, event/tradeshow materials, physical SWAG items, content for omni-channel marketing campaigns, and packaging design and support. * Follow brand guidelines and be a gatekeeper of the brand. * Sketch concepts to visually articulate ideas. * Illustrate custom visuals that enhance our branding and messaging. * Work on production related tasks such as prepping packaging files and creating/exporting image assets.. Collaborative Creator: * Collaborate with the Creative Lead, designers, CEO/Founder, and other team members or agencies to understand project objectives to ensure positive and successful project outcomes. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute magical ideas to elevate our creative output. * Participate and play a support role for photo and video productions. * Collaborate and take constructive feedback from multiple project stakeholders during design process to get to successful outcomes. * Partner as needed with outside agencies and partners to bring projects to life. Project Management: * Manage own work and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and on budget of high-quality design work and effectively be able to communicate if deadlines are in jeopardy. Be a champion of the brand and the consumer in every piece of creative touched. * Utilize and bring forward consumer insights to improve the design. * Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, specifically in the food and beverage industry to continually enhance our visual communication strategies. Minimum Qualifications • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of innovative thinking and strategic projects., • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications and/or demonstrated equivocal experience in a graphic designer role. High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software is essential. * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively through ambiguous projects by leaning into collaboration. * A genuine passion for creativity, consumers, and innovation, with a keen interest in food and beverage trends. * Proven illustrations and sketching skills. * Desire for high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. * Naturally curious, with an appreciation for ambiguity and the ability to embrace the “test and learn” mentality in pursuit of continuous improvement. * Portfolio of proven brand work, for real and/or theoretical brands showcasing ability to translate brand into creative assets that tell the brand story. Food Safety Responsibilities * Follow hygienic practices when handling any food items, e.g. for donations * Clearly reflect food safety and quality as part of the JP brand, when planning and executing projects, and while interacting with relevant external stakeholders. Ideal Candidates Also Possess * Web-design experience and working within a content management system. * History working within a project management system. * A curiosity for copywriting.
