Job DescriptionJob Title: MIG Welder – Minneapolis, MN – Up to $30/hourJob Description We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team! In this role, you’ll perform horizontal and vertical welding on a variety of materials—primarily aluminum, with some steel and stainless steel. Weld sizes range from 18-gauge to 3/8", and you’ll occasionally use TIG welding for specialty tasks. Responsibilities • Perform MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel., • Use .360 wire, 4043 wire, 5356 wire, and occasionally .035 wire., • Inspect your own welds visually; some welds will require certification., • Collaborate with a team of 4–5 welders during your shift.Essential Skills, • 1+ year of welding experience (school or on-the-job)., • Ability to read weld blueprints and symbols.Preferred Qualifications, • 3+ years of welding experience for higher pay consideration.Why Work Here?, • Competitive pay: Up to $30/hour based on experience., • Flexibility: We accommodate part-time schedules when needed., • Great benefits: Comprehensive package for full-time employees., • Supportive culture: Respectful, team-first environment where your skills matter.Work Environment, • Established manufacturing facility (since 1948) specializing in building products., • Large shop with assembly, warehouse, and fabrication areas., • Each welder has a designated welding bay; all equipment provided (bring your own helmet)., • No smoking on premises.
