We are currently accepting applications and portfolios for full-time Architectural Project Designers in our four New York offices. This position works specifically in our Architecture teams. While we are not actively recruiting, we are always taking resumes and on the look out for exceptional talent. Duties: • Responsible for design/manage/produce (drafting) of Architectural materials, • Assist Project Architect and Project Manager in client meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, preparing handouts, etc., • Provide coordination between consultant groups by scheduling meetings and making sure each group has backgrounds for the work, • Assist the Project Architect and Project Manager by performing the following duties: site visits to document buildings and the existing conditions, • Possess a 4-year or 5-year degree from an accredited program in Architecture, • Designer I: 0-3 years of architectural experience, Designer II: 4-6 years of architectural experience, • Project Designer I: $59,582 - $69,501, • Project Designer II: $67,424 - $78,900 SWBR is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Description We’re a fast-growing startup in the home décor space creating beautiful stair treads and building the next household name in stairwell design. We’ve had strong success to date — and now we’re building our marketing and creative team in-house. This is a new role on a growing team, and the right person will have real influence over how the brand shows up everywhere. What You’ll Do • Design branded social graphics for Instagram, Pinterest, and paid ads, • Build and refine email templates and campaign layouts, • Create scroll-stopping ad creative for Meta and Google, • Develop packaging mockups and print-ready files, • Support website graphics and product launch assets, • Help organize and maintain brand design systems Tools & Skills • Strong experience with Canva and Adobe Illustrator, • Understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency, • Ability to design both digital and print-ready assets, • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, or paid ad creative The Opportunity We’re building the creative engine now.
