Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 - $89,900 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. These are just some of the benefits we offer: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with up to 4% company match, • Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance, • Paid vacation days and holidays, • Paid parental bonding leave, • Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement, • Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts What will you do? • Prepare compensation reports and dashboards, participate in market surveys, and analyze data to support benchmarking and pay structure development, • Maintain and update compensation data in Workday, ensuring accuracy across job architecture and pay structures, • Conduct job evaluations and recommend job leveling and salary ranges; support annual merit and incentive compensation processes through data preparation and validation, • Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to implement system updates, monitor compliance with compensation policies, FLSA classifications, and pay equity standards, • Provide guidance to HR partners and managers on compensation inquiries, and contribute to process improvements that enhance workflows and team member experience More about you • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field; equivalent work experience may substitute, • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field, • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas; experience with Workday is a plus, • Familiarity with compensation survey tools and job evaluation methodologies, • CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus Shift details M-F Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
