DTE will train you on required materials handling equipment, including forklifts, as needed. Additional safety training is conducted on an ongoing basis. iii. Work clothes will often get soiled when handling boxes and products that are often dusty and soiled. Work Schedule. Generally, team members will work M-F, 5:00 AM. The normal workday is 8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch period and two 15-minute paid breaks. During busy periods, overtime will be required, including weekends and evenings. General Attitude.
