Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Compensation: Compensation: $45–$60/hour, commensurate with experience Type: Temp-to-Possible Hire Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a leading Am Law 50 firm in its search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a temp-to-possible hire opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions while positioning yourself for a long-term role with a highly respected legal team. In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support all phases of the transaction lifecycle—from due diligence through closing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment. Key Responsibilities • Support commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing, • Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents, • Prepare, track, and manage closing checklists and critical deadlines, • Draft and coordinate execution of transaction documents with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties, • Maintain and organize data rooms and matter files, • Review and abstract leases and related agreements, • Assist with tax-related filings and supporting documentation, • At least 1 year of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal experience, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Relativity, LexisNexis, and Westlaw is a plus, • Hybrid schedule in Philadelphia, • Exposure to sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions, • Collaborative and team-oriented environment, • Opportunity to convert to a permanent position with a leading Am Law 50 firm If you’re looking to deepen your commercial real estate experience and work on meaningful transactions with a top-tier legal team, we’d love to connect.
