Transaction Coordinator Job Description: PrideStaff Financial is working with a well known agricultural company who is seeking a Transaction Coordinator. The Transaction Coordinator will perform a variety of responsibilities including assisting with listing documents, coordinating agreements, documentation, drafting demands, assisting Accounting or Bookkeeping with reports, and general administrative duties. The ideal Transaction Coordinator has experience as a paralegal or with contracts, understands contracts, and has multiple years in a similar role with previous administrative experience. The Transaction Coordinator will be a 1099 employee once hired directly. The Transaction Coordinator is a full time, in-office, temp to hire position in Fresno, CA. Transaction Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepare Listing Documents & Letters of Intent, • Preparation of California Association of Realtors Form Offers & Disclosures, • Coordinate Bespoke Agreements (Purchase & Sale Agreements, Lease, Commission) With The Broker, Client & or Counsel, • Ordering Natural Hazards Disclosure Reports, • Seeing Transactions Through The Process, Including Scheduling Timelines & Following up With Parties on Them as Applicable, • Draft Commission Demands For Escrow, • Processing Documents & Ensure They Are Filed Away in House & on a Broker Compliance System, • Correspondence With Other Agents to Ensure Needed Forms Are in Place, • Verify APN Numbers, Counties & Property Descriptions Match in All Places, Including Offers, Escrow Forms, Title Reports, & NHD’s, • Pay Incoming Invoices Via Printed Checks, ACH, & Credit Cards, • Provide Bookkeeping, Accounting & CPA Services Statements & Receipts Quarterly, • Coordinate The Signature of Documents & Delivering Them to Parties, • Coordinate With Vendors For Agreements, Payments & Other Matters, • Assisting on Documents Done With Corporate Counsel, • Book & Coordinate Travel Including Flights, Accommodations, Vehicles & Meals, • Collect & Process Mail, • Assist Clients With In-Office Visits, • Order Supplies & Coordinate With Later Brokerage on Various Items, • Prepare The Conference Area For Meetings, • Assist With Errands a Needed Transaction Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, • 1-3 Years of Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Experience Required, • Must Have Some Accounting & Administrative Experience, • Hold a Current Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) or California Associate of Realtors (CAR) Certificate Highly Preferred, • Demonstrates Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills, • Must Have Excellent Time Management Skills PrideStaff Hiring Requirements: • Must be 18+ Years Old, • Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check, • Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
