Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive sales of Base, Sand and Concrete Recycling. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, builders, suppliers, and distributors while providing expert guidance on product selection and applications. The ideal candidate has experience in construction materials, strong communication skills, and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities: • Provide customers with accurate product information, technical guidance, pricing, and quotes., • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, project requirements, and product fit., • Assist the sales team in obtaining market information on existing construction materials from competitors, including Base, Sand, and Concrete Recycling, to understand their capabilities and offerings., • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction., • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analyses., • Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions to stay updated on product developments and construction trends., • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience in construction material sales (concrete, aggregates, asphalt or similar preferred)., • Strong understanding of aggregate materials, and installation applications., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or blueprints (preferred)., • Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites regularly., • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently., • Proficient in CRM systems, quoting tools, and basic computer applications. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience, • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials. Work Environment: • Combination of field work and office-based responsibilities., • Regular visits to construction sites, distributors, and client locations. Details: • Hours: Full-time., • Location: Fresno, CA, • Compensation: $82,000- $120,000 Per Year.
