This role is essential to daily operations and requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, matcha beverages, and seasonal specialty drinks with consistency and quality, • Follow drink recipes and presentation standards, • Take customer orders and handle payments using POS system, • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace, • Assist with opening and closing duties, • Support kitchen team when needed (including light prep or packaging), • Keep up with high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy and speed, • Provide friendly, welcoming customer service at all timesRequirements, • Availability to work shifts starting at 8:00 AM, • Weekend availability is required, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, • Strong communication and time management skills, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbsPreferred Qualifications, • Previous barista or food service experience, • Familiarity with espresso machines, milk steaming, and matcha preparation, • Experience in high-volume environmentsWork Environment Expectations, • Team-first mindset: willing to help wherever needed, • Flexible and adaptable to changes in daily operations, • Professional and respectful communication with team members and customers, • Punctual and dependableCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience), • Opportunities for growth within the company
