You'll deliver personalized services, maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, and create experiences that leave guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. What You'll Do: • Perform facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services according to spa protocols, • Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences, • Provide product recommendations and educate guests on skincare routines, • Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards, • Ensure proper sterilization of tools and cleanliness of treatment areas, • Follow all state licensing requirements and spa policies, • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of supplies, • Track appointments and assist with scheduling as needed, • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly, • Greet guests warmly and explain treatment processes, • Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns, • Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and hospitality of our brand Other Responsibilities • Attend meetings and complete required training sessions, • Maintain regular attendance in conformance with standards, • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs, • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk, • Stand for extended periods during shifts Your Experience Includes • State license or certification as an Aesthetician required, • Previous experience in spa or hospitality setting preferred, • Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Who You'll Supervise:
