Under the supervision and direction of the Campus Director, the Certified Special Education Teacher will effectively manage a caseload of students while preparing lesson plans, instructing students, evaluating and monitoring student performance, and advancing student achievement in the classroom. The Certified Special Education Teacher should have experience differentiating instruction for a variety of learners and will work collaboratively with a team to plan and support instruction in accordance with students IEPs. Teachers in this role should demonstrate a commitment to professional development through didactic workshops and classroom coaching.
