You'll lead your own project from concept to final presentation, get real mentorship (including dedicated resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio coaching), and walk away with portfolio-ready work. Choose Your Track This internship runs two connected content tracks. Read both, then apply for the one you'd like to lead. Track A — "Storyteller" (Short-Form Video) Create short-form, story-driven video content for Instagram Reels, showing the LashMe NYC experience (treatments, transformations, team personality) in a way that feels native to how people actually scroll and watch. You'll produce ready-to-post Reels, build on skills in filming, editing, writing, and trend research. Track B — "Visual Brand Refresh" (Photography & Feed Aesthetic) Develop a refreshed, cohesive visual identity for our Instagram grid and website. You'll write a shot list and style guide, produce a set of ready-to-post content, propose a new grid layout, and create repeatable before/after photo guidelines — building skills in photography, lighting, photo editing, and visual brand systems. Both tracks work from the same brand vision and come together into one coherent content strategy by the end of the program. *What You'll Do* • Develop and pitch a creative direction for your track, • Shoot and edit original content using our space, team, and brand assets, • Present your finished work to the LashMe NYC team, • Meet regularly with a mentor for project check-ins and career development *What We're Looking For* • Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, graphic design, film, or a related field, • A portfolio or samples of past creative work (school projects welcome), • Self-motivated, organized, comfortable managing your own timeline, • Comfortable working in a small business/salon environment (limited space), • Chinese language fluency — optional but highly preferred *What You'll Gain* • A real, presentable portfolio piece with a defined creative brief, • Direct mentorship, including resume/LinkedIn/portfolio coaching, • A letter of recommendation upon successful completion, • $500/month stipend (2-3 month period), paid at program completion
