Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of beauty professionals. - Cultivate a positive, vibrant salon culture where staff and clients feel valued. - Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless client experience. - Actively participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. - Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and client retention. - Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. - Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality standards and professional conduct. - Drive team performance, set goals, and monitor progress. Requirements: - Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is a must. - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (sales experience strongly preferred). - Proven track record of building and leading successful teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. - Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends. - Salon experience is a plus but not required.
