Responsibilities • Provide excellent service to members and guests through high-quality facials and add-ons, • Conduct strong consultations and create progressive treatment plans aligned to client goals, • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend post-treatment home care, • Support rebooking and membership growth through relationship-building and client education, • Participate in training and uphold Hand & Stone protocols and service standards, • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and shared spaces, • Follow spa operational procedures and scheduling standards Qualifications • Active NYS Esthetics License (required), • Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance (required), • Professional, client-first approach with strong communication skills, • Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and time management, • Comfort working toward goals related to rebooking and retail/home care (coaching provided), • Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term growth, • Dermalogica and Image Skincare experience is a plus Franchise Disclosure • This location is independently owned and operated.
