Collaborative and Rewarding Position! Job Description: Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive skills. Responsibilities: • Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA, • Collect data on ABA programs, • Record session notes detailing treatment, • Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA, • File medical and crisis incident reports, • Qualifications:, • High school diploma and RBT training, • Experience in education or autism-related field, • Ability to work hands-on with 10-15 year old children Essential Knowledge and Skills: • Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms, • Knowledgeable about data collection software, • Works collaboratively with co-workers and clients’ family, • Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed, • Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors, • Goal-oriented and organized, • Consistent and reliable, • Acts professionally in a variety of environments, • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client, • Job Type: Part-time, • Work Location: In person
